Who we are
Reliance Health Network began as a physician-owned and operated accountable care organization (ACO). Reliance was one of 89 ACOs to join the Medicare Shared Savings Program in July 2012 as a Track 1 Model (one-sided) participant. Reliance successfully participated as a MSSP ACO for three (3) years by saving CMS millions in Medicare costs.
Its participating providers earned a Shared Savings Bonus all three years and received credit for the PQRS requirement when Reliance reported its Group Practice Reporting Option (GPRO) (measures. The publicly reported quality results for 2012, 2013 and 2014, shows that Reliance has a proven track record on improving both provider performance and healthcare quality for our ACO population.
Reliance is now making its performance improvement services available to non-ACO providers and healthcare organizations. Additionally, Reliance addresses utilization management, quality improvement and compliance review.
