We can help administrators safely and affordably meet all state and federal requirements, plus stay abreast of new developments.
What are Enhanced Support Services (ESS)?
In conjunction with our closed-door pharmacy partner, Reliance provides senior care facilities with exclusive Enhanced Support Services (ESS). ESS entails not only filling and delivery of a resident’s medications, but also monthly Medication Therapy Management (MTMs) to avoid medication errors, timely Medication Reconciliation (MRs) after a resident’s hospitalization or medication change and yearly Immunization Services. And, Reliance can set up and administer an ALF or Nursing Home’s COVID-19 Testing Program for its facility residents and staff.
